28/07/2023

In the realm of hospitality, the proper maintenance and operation of hotels, swimming pools, and SPAs are essential for ensuring a delightful experience for guests. Behind the scenes, various systems work tirelessly to provide the necessary amenities and services.

One crucial component that plays a significant role in these facilities is the pump. Pumps are responsible for circulating water, maintaining water quality, and enabling various processes within these establishments.
When it comes to choosing the right pump, efficiency, reliability, and chemical resistance are paramount. That's where ARGAL, renowned pump manufacturer, steps in to offer top-of-the-line solutions.

Our solutions

ARGAL’s extensive range of thermoplastic pumps provides reliable and efficient solutions that are built to withstand the challenges posed by chemical and corrosive environments. With a proven record in multiple industry fields and a commitment to innovation, ARGAL is dedicated to empowering its customers with pumps that deliver exceptional performance, durability and peace of mind.

ARGAL's proposal for this sector consist in two different configurations of horizontal centrifugal pumps, magnetic-driven and mechanically-sealed, available in different materials depending on the involved liquids.

👉 Horizontal centrifugal pumps [capacity: up to 1350 m3/h | heading: up to 8m | For all kinds of liquid]

The SATURNevo range consists of advanced process pumps made of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic), designed especially for seawater/chlorinated water transfer. Ever since their inception these pumps have been used in many different structures involving seawater/chlorinated water, sporting great efficiency and the ability to handle massive loads, with a capacity up to 1350 m3/h.
SATURNevo is able to be configured both as short-coupled and long-coupled, in the ZCS, ZMS and ZGS versions.

The PRIMA and BASIS ranges are among our historical ranges, renewed through time to always be up to current standards and requisites. They are reliable compact pumps able to be installed within enclosed spaces to perform small-scale service tasks up to 70 l/min. With sturdy bodies made of PP+G, ETFE or even ETFE+C* for more hazardous tasks, PRIMA and BASIS are up to any "compact" challenge.

Focus on swimming pools: a soaring market.

Nowadays, the swimming pool market is experiencing a remarkable growth, and among the latest trends there are ocean-fed pools and salt water swimming pools, which are gaining popularity thanks to their unique, interesting advantage.

In these pools the chlorine gas used to disinfect the water is produced from salt dissolved in the blue liquid itself, which purifies it in a much more natural way than having to rely on barrels of chemical agents poured directly in the pools. Besides, the water disinfected in this innovative way ends up having a very low salt content , around 10% of the quantity you can find in natural seawater.

Clean pools, less chemicals involved and a pleasant, silky sensation left on the skin.

What is the downside then, you might ask? Well, since these pools involve saltwater, they are gonna need proper pumping solutions capable of facing corrosion issues - but don’t fret, that’s our trademark, you’re just going to need an ARGAL pump!
