ARGALined

ARGALined series ensures exceptional reliability in the most demanding chemical process applications. These are magnetically driven pumps, ANSI compliant, built with robust ductile iron casings lined with ETFE for maximum corrosion resistance.

Its unique design offers extended service life and several key advantages:

• Lowest radial loads available on the market, thanks to a pump casing designed as a volute;

• Modified concentric volute or volute with partial internal split;

• Precise alignment that prevents wear, with a fully supported shaft and dual bushings;

• Self-aligning components;

• Carefully engineered to balance axial forces and control excessive thrust loads;

• Internal drive magnet fully encapsulated in ETFE for complete corrosion protection;

• Sealless design for leak-free operation and reduced maintenance requirements.

PUMP BODY: CUSTOM-ENGINEERED DESIGNS

Three different volute designs are available to help control radial loads. Each type delivers equivalent performance at any point along the efficiency curve without increasing radial loads.

MODIFIED CONCENTRIC VOLUTE

• almost circular shape;
• uniform pressure at the impeller sides;
• low radial loads across all operating conditions. 

VOLUTE WITH PARTIAL INTERNAL SPLITTER

• designed to balance pressure by creating counterpressure, ensuring low radial loads; 
• recommended for medium and high performance. 

STANDARD VOLUTE

• ideal for high-performance operation at 4‑pole motor speeds (or lower), ensuring low radial loads;
• ​maximum hydraulic efficiency.

ARL series

The ARL line features mag-drive pumps designed according to ANSI dimensional standards, ideal for demanding corrosive applications such as metal finishing, plating, and aggressive surface treatments.

• Constructed with a ductile iron casing lined with ETFE for high chemical resistance.

• Flow rates up to 1,450 gpm and heads up to 492 ft (≈150 m).

• Operational temperatures up to 121 °C and viscosities up to 200 cP.

• Robust design with neodymium magnets, snap-fit impeller, and no metallic parts in contact with the fluid.

• Each pump is factory-tested with hydraulic performance checks.

• Internal design improvements maximize reliability and durability in extreme industrial environments.

ARL-P series

The ARL-P line offers an entry-level solution within the ANSI mag-drive range, maintaining good chemical resistance thanks to its ductile iron casing lined with ETFE and polypropylene.

• Ideal for less critical applications, offering an excellent balance between performance and cost.

• Ductile iron casing with internal ETFE + polypropylene lining: lightweight and corrosion-resistant structure.

• More economical than the full ETFE ARL series.

• Compact design, perfect for tight spaces and simplified installations.

• Optimized for less aggressive corrosive fluids and low to medium chemical severity environments.

• Part of the ANSI sealless range, with the same dimensional and construction standards.

• Perfect for scenarios where budget constraints exist, but chemical resistance remains essential.
