1 – THE OWNER OF DATA PROCESSING
Having consulted this site, data can be processed relating to identified or identifiable people. The owner of the processing of personal data is the company Argal s.r.l.
2 – LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING
Processing relating to web services on this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of the company Argal s.r.l. or the company Evoluzione Telematica s.r.l. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or diffused.
3 – PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The personal data provided by users accessing the site by directly sending an e-mail to the owner of processing will only be used to fulfil the service requested and will not be communicated or diffused to third parties, unless communication is outlined by legal obligations or is strictly necessary to comply with fulfilment of user requests.
Optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on the website, due to its nature, means the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s e-mail address, necessary to meet requirements, as well as any other personal data in the message.
The company Argal s.r.l. processes personal data within the limits of what is strictly necessary to carry out the functions for which the service is required, excluding processing whose purposes can be carried out using anonymous data or methods that enable identification of the relevant person only if necessary. We invite our users, when making requests for information via the specific e-mail address to avoid sending names or other personal data of third parties which are not strictly necessary, nor any sensitive and/or judicial data pursuant to Article 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (“sensitive data", suitable personal data to reveal the racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinion, membership of political parties, trade unions, associations or organisations of a religious, philosophical or trade union nature, as well as suitable personal data to reveal health or sex life; "judicial data", suitable personal data to reveal measures pursuant to Article, Clause 1, Letters a) to o) and r) to u), of the D.P.R. 14th November 2002, no. 313, in relation to criminal records, sanctions for administrative law offences and relevant pending proceedings, or the quality of accused or investigated pursuant to Article 60 and 61 of the Code of Criminal Procedure). The user’s personal information is not collected or divulged which reveals racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinion, membership of political parties, trade unions, associations or organisations of a religious, philosophical or trade union nature, as well as suitable personal data to reveal health or sex life.
4 – TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
4.1 – Navigation data
The IT systems and the software procedures proposed to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of Internet communication protocol. This information is not collected for association with the identified relevant parties, but by nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, enable the users to be identified.
This data category covers the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users that connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) format of the resources required, the time of the request and the dimensions of the file obtained in the response provided. These data are only used to obtain anonymous statistical information on use of the site and to check it is working properly. The data in question could be used to ascertain liability in the event of any IT related crimes to the detriment of the website in question.
5 – OPTIONALITY OF DATA PROVISION
Aside from the specified information on navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data via e-mail.
Non-provision of this data makes it impossible to fulfil the request.
6 – PROCESSING METHOD
The personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are complied with to prevent the loss of data, illegal and incorrect use and unauthorised access.
7 – RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PARTIES
The persons to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation whether they exist or not and to know their content and origin, check the data are exact and ask for their integration or updating, or correction (Article 7 of Leg. Decree no. 196/2003).

The relevant party has the right to access his/her personal data.
The relevant party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data relevant to him/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
The relevant party has the right to obtain indications on:
the origin of the personal data, its purposes and processing method;
the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the help of electronic tools;
the identification details of the owner and the managers;
the persons or categories of people to whom personal data can be communicated or who can become aware of the data as appointed representatives in the regions of the country, of the managers or operators.
The relevant party has the right to obtain:
updating, correction or rather, when relevant to them, integration of data;
deletion, transformation in anonymous format or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including information whose saving is not necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
The relevant party has the right to oppose, totally or partially:
for legal reasons the processing of personal data relevant to them, even though relevant to the purpose of the collection;
processing of personal data relevant to them for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or to conduct market research or sales communication.
