Pure chemical distribution

The most delicate part is to provide a perfect and ultra-pure supply of the chemicals used for the production of chips and wafers. To do so, the site is equipped with Distribution systems (CCSS, CDS or BDCS) where shear-sensitive and ultra-pure chemicals are transferred thanks to high-performant pumps. Each system has from 1 to 3 ultra-pure PTFE pumps installed.
