Gas Scrubber

As well as per the waste treatment, gas effluents created during the production must be cleaned. The semiconductors production are also equipped with exhaust gas scrubber units where cleaning solutions are used, like lime cleaners (limestone, lime milk,...). Such liquid requires the use of chemical-resistant pumps. 

ASTRAsolid and QUANTUM-S series are ideal for this process thanks to their solid-block construction, available with ultra-pure PTFE or PE1000 (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) materials.
