SATURNevo for general purpose

Main pumped products

Composition

V1G | Standard vinyl ester resin FRP

The ideal solution for the major part of corrosive agents containing acids, alkalies, detergents, sea water, brine, etc.

Thermosetting resins, unlike thermoplastic products, are no longer processable after the catalysis process. This chemical property guarantees better mechanical properties, heat and dimensional stability, and longer durability.

Fiberglass makes it possible to design at best the most mechanically stressed parts. It also ensures an excellent chemical resistance of surfaces in contact with pumped fluids.

Applications

The combination of chemical and mechanical resistance, the lightness and the substantial cost-effectiveness of the solutions proposed make SATURNevo a valid alternative to pumps made of special metal alloys, among which we would like to mention those intended for seawater applications:

  • Aquaculture

  • Desalination

  • Seawater processes

  • Chemical processes

  • Metal and mineral industries

  • Oil and gas

  • Pharmaceutical industry

  • Water and wastewater treatments
