PUMPS HERMETICALLY SEALED
magnetic drive pumps are described ss "seled" because use of rotating fluid seal is escluded. The hermetical sealing between the pump body and the rear body or, in other words from the pump casing and the external environment is ensured by static O-ring type gasket.
FOR ALL CHEMICALS
With pump bodies made of PP + Glass fiber (Glass fiber reinforced Polypropylene) or CFF E-CTFE (Carbon fibre filled Ethylene-chlorotrifluoroethylene) virtully all chemical liquids at low and medium tempertures can be pumped.
- LIQUID LADEN WITH SOLIDS , SLIGHTLY ABRASIVE
The different internal configurations of materials allow to pump clean fluids and those of moderately laden with solids in suspension or abrasive.
- HEAVY LIQUID
Strong magnetic coupling in rare earth (Neodymium Iron Boron) and "N" (normal), "P" (enhanced) or "S" (super-powered) electric motors permit pumping, even at full flow, liquids with weight specific 1,05 - 1.35 to 1.8 kg/dm3 respectively.
The optional "Bi directional self-axial alignment system" delivers failure free dry run for all models with guide bushings made of high density carbon (models 20.36 - 36.30 excluded). The time limit of safe dry run, free from damage or abnormal wear of sliding components, depends from operative conditions,residual presence or compete absence of liquid left in the casing and nature of liquid pumped and is reported in a specific table of the user manual.
Standard cylindric threded connections BSP or NPT tapered threads; flanged connessions comply to ISO, ANSI, JIS dimension.
